What personal data we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect:

• name
• email address
• company name (optional)
• topic of your inquiry
• message content

We also automatically process certain technical data (IP address, browser and device information) through Google reCAPTCHA, used to protect the form from spam and abuse. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data in order to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer or discuss a potential engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your inquiry concerns a specific service, the steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technical data processed via reCAPTCHA is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and free of spam.

Who has access to your data

Contact form submissions are stored in the website's database and sent by email notification to BrightVox's mailbox. The website is hosted by Websupport (Websupport s.r.o.). Google LLC processes technical data on our behalf through reCAPTCHA; this may involve a transfer of data outside the EU/EEA, safeguarded by Google's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case of follow-up communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. for accounting or contractual records).
